Yes : Items can be Ordered here and Collected in Castlecomer.

Please allow 2-3 days for Ex-Stock Items

Do Not Travel to Collect Items before being notified they are ready for Collection.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 5-7 working days for in-stock purchased items to be delivered.

If an item is ex-stock with suppliers, you will be notified by confirmation email,

in this case allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

We use registered shipping for delivery.

An Post registered delivery for Parcel Items under 5kg.

DPD for Package / Box Items between 5kg and 30kg.

Del.ie for items over 30kg, or that may require delivery inside the home.

Note: For Pallet Items over 30kg or to Remote or Overseas Locations

You will be contacted about delivery costs of such item.

Missed deliveries notified as we are notified.

RETURN POLICY

Cooling of Period - You have 14 days to change your mind about your purchases made on-line , notification to return must be made within this period and a refund will be issued in full once the product has been delivered back in saleable condition in original packaging .

Refunds can take between 3-5 working days to appear back in your account

Return delivery costs of items in perfect condition are covered by you, the returnee.

Damaged goods must be notified to us within 14 days

Larger furniture is delivered by pallet by a courier company. They can unpackaged the goods for you, and have the item signed for in good condition. In relation to the cooling off period, items delivered by pallet that are being returned have to be arranged and paid for by the customer (you) to return.

Once an item has been returned as faulty we can replace it if in stock, if the item has to be sourced again from a supplier, this takes time, if a customer does not wish to wait a refund can be issued.

Custom Orders or "Sold As Seen" items in the Store or in Person cannot be returned.

PAYMENT METHOD

We handle payments by Credit Card through the Trusted Wix Website System so you can shop in the comfort of knowing that your purchased have the proper security.

We also take payments by PayPal the international trusted payments system provider, there is a charge for this service through their app, and they have they own additional security protection services.
